RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1- All purchased products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. (Products must be sealed, unused and in a perfectly saleable condition with all accessories) except customized Gaming Desktops and virtual products like iTunes, PlayStation Digital Cards.
2 – Customized Gaming Desktops can’t be returned as all components will be opened for assembling purpose.
Virtual Cards sent through automated email so these products are excluded from 14 days return or refund policy.
3- Delivery charges are not refundable if order will be cancelled after the dispatch from warehouse.
After approval to refund any order, Will be processed immediately but it may take time 1 to 2 weeks due to bank internal procedures. We assure that customer money is safe.
4 – Except Customized Gaming Desktops and Virtual cards, all order can be cancelled after placing the order. Customer has to follow cancellation process available in order history.
5 – Once order will be shipped customer will not have option to cancel it, it will be forwarded to customer support to process the cancellation.
6- Warranty: strictly follow the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Each faulty or not working product will be claimed as per manufacturer’s Policy and customer will be kept updated for the status. However, if customer want to apply the warranty directly to manufacturer approved service center, He/ She will be guided accordingly.
7- In Case of any damaged or faulty item, customer must have to inform our customer support team within 2 Hours of receiving the Product.
