Refund and Returns Policy

At RMSKPC Kuwait, customer satisfaction and hardware integrity are paramount. Our policy complies with the Consumer Protection regulations of the State of Kuwait.

1. 14-Day Return & Exchange Window

You may request an exchange or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your item under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unopened, factory-sealed condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order receipt) must accompany the return request.

2. Defective or Damaged Hardware

If a component is found defective out of the box (Dead on Arrival / DOA), notify our team immediately via WhatsApp with photos or testing details. We will arrange a courier pickup, technical testing, and immediate warranty replacement or full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom PC builds that have been assembled to specific customer order specifications, thermal pastes that have been unsealed, or components showing signs of physical impact, pin damage, or unauthorized modification cannot be accepted for refund.
